BYD Seal U EV Sim Card Blocked - No Response From Customer Service
On October 22, 2025, at 10:55 p.m., the SIM card of my BYD Seal U EV vehicle was blocked. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. On November 3, 2025, I reported the situation to the BYD İzmir Volt dealership, and my complaint was registered under Record No: #SR24481. I also contacted BYD customer service, where I was informed that my case had been logged and that I would be contacted. However, I have not received any response or solution so far. My vehicle is still under warranty, with license plate number 35 COT 782 and chassis number LGXCE4CBXS0393742. I request that my SIM card be reactivated as soon as possible, that my issue be resolved, and that I be kept informed about the progress of this process.
