BYD Car Waiting Over a Month for Parts After Coffee Spill Damage
I purchased my BYD vehicle about three months ago. While driving, I accidentally spilled coffee on the center console. The liquid seeped down into the wiring area, causing an error light to appear. It has now been over a month since this happened, and we’ve been waiting for two replacement parts.
The BYD representatives have provided no clear information about when these parts will arrive, nor have they offered any assistance or support throughout this process. I’ve been without a car for more than a month, struggling to manage, and no one has followed up with me about the situation.
As soon as my car is repaired, I plan to sell it immediately and switch to a brand that values customer service and provides timely support.
