My Tesla Model Y Hasn't Been Repaired for Months

Our Tesla Model Y has been at the service center for almost three months due to some damage. Unfortunately, it's been quite a challenge to find the necessary parts. It's quite evident that there is a noticeable lack of any responsible figure or manager who can offer a solution. In spite of the prominent reputation, the customer service is almost non-existent, lacking in attentiveness and effective resolution. A massive global corporation, but the post-purchase assistance and support are disappointingly lacking. This experience has been quite disappointing, leaving us feeling very unhappy. What a disappointment!
