BYD Vehicle Has AC & Sunroof Issues—Brand New Car Review

Despite purchasing a brand-new BYD vehicle, I have experienced multiple issues, including a faulty air conditioning system and a malfunctioning sunroof. A new car should not have so many problems right from the start!

Every time I take the car to the service center, they tell me that parts need to be replaced. Why does a new vehicle require part replacements? This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, they haven’t even provided a temporary replacement car, leaving me without transportation. I have had to travel back and forth to Bursa multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved.

BYD, this level of service is unacceptable! I demand a permanent fix or a replacement vehicle. A new car should not come with so many defects!
