I Waited 41 Days for a BYD Car Part and Still Got No Clear Answer


I bought a BYD car, and after an accident, the vehicle has been waiting for repair parts from China for over a month and a half. Recently, the service center told us that “the car is ready,” but when they checked again, they realized they had forgotten to install the seat belt. Now we have to wait another 15 days just for that part to arrive.
I absolutely do not recommend BYD. If you ever get into an accident, you’ll be left without a car for weeks or even months — just a warning to others.
