I Face Bybit Account Ban Error 31003 and Cannot Access My Funds

I am writing regarding my Bybit account, which I have been unable to access since April 30, 2026. Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive the error code “31003: This account has been banned,” and I am completely locked out of my wallet and all of my funds.

I contacted Bybit customer support about this issue, but so far there has been no progress. I have not received any clear explanation for why my account was banned or any guidance on how to resolve the situation. I am requesting that my Bybit account be urgently unbanned and fully reactivated so I can regain full access to my wallet and funds. At the very least, I expect a clear and detailed explanation for this ban along with specific steps on how it can be lifted as soon as possible.
