I Can’t Recover My Bybit Account Without Email or Phone – Support Ignores Me
Hello, I urgently need help recovering my Bybit account, but I’ve lost access to both the email address and phone number linked to it. I followed the instructions, which said to contact customer support to update my information—but that’s where the real issue started. Bybit support has been completely unresponsive. I’ve sent multiple emails, yet I haven’t received a single helpful reply.
My account may be at risk, and I feel extremely vulnerable knowing that I can’t secure or access it. I’m not able to verify or make changes without support intervention, and the lack of communication is unacceptable, especially for a platform handling financial assets.
I’m demanding immediate attention to this issue. Please contact me as soon as possible, and help restore access to my account. I need to update my credentials to protect my funds and personal information. Bybit needs to improve its support system before more users face similar security issues.
