On January 4, 2026, at around 5:13 a.m., I made seven separate bank transfers from Ziraat Bank to my Bybit Türkiye account, each in the amount of $145, for a total of $1,014. However, only $290 of this amount was credited to my Bybit Türkiye account. The remaining $725, although debited from my bank account, never appeared in my Bybit Türkiye balance.
I did not receive any error messages during these transactions. The funds were successfully withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank account, but they do not appear in my Bybit Türkiye account. On the Bybit side, I have been unable to reach any responsible party, and as a result, my issue remains unresolved. My Bybit Türkiye user ID is 5047940**.
I request that the missing $725 be identified as soon as possible and fully and correctly credited to my Bybit Türkiye account, and that the inconvenience I have experienced be urgently resolved.
