I Face Deposit Not Credited Issue with Bybit After ₺14.996 Bank Transfer

On August 6, 2025, at 18:30:08, I deposited a total of ₺14.996 to my Bybit account via EFT from my Yapı Kredi Bank account. My transaction reference number is 5130******29. However, the funds have not been credited to my Bybit account, and there has been no clear update or explanation in the app. The only communication I received was an automated email stating that the transaction “will be approved within 5 business days,” but it has been longer, and I still cannot reach a representative. My emails remain unanswered.
This was my very first attempt at using Bybit after opening an account, and encountering such an issue right at the start has been extremely disappointing. I have all the bank receipts ready and can provide them if necessary.
I urgently request that Bybit review this transaction, credit the funds to my account without further delay, and improve their customer support responsiveness so investors are not left in uncertainty.
