I Face Missing ₺10,000 Deposit in Bybit TR Despite Bank Transfer Confirmation

On August 15, 2025, at 22:27, I transferred ₺10,000 from Ziraat Bank Isparta Central Branch to my Bybit TR account. The transaction was made in compliance with all rules and within proper banking hours. While the funds were successfully deducted from my bank account—and I have the receipt as proof—the amount has still not appeared in my Bybit TR main balance.

I opened a support ticket regarding this issue, but the response I received stated that it could take 5–7 business days for them to investigate. This delay is unacceptable, especially since I have previously deposited funds using the same method without any issues. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem with Bybit.

I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that my ₺10,000 deposit be credited to my account without further delay. My Bybit account email is k***********@gmail.com**.
