I Face Deposit Delay Issue with Bybit TR After ₺800 Ziraat Bank Transfer

Today at 16:20, I made an EFT transfer of ₺800 from my own Ziraat Bank account to the Bybit TR IBAN via the Ziraat Mobile application. My transaction reference number is TR10**************************01. Despite several hours passing, the funds have still not been credited to my Bybit TR account.
I immediately contacted Ziraat Bank customer service to investigate, but they confirmed the issue was not on the bank’s side. I have never experienced such a delay before, and this is the first time I have encountered a deposit not being processed promptly. During the transaction, I did not include any additional notes—only the IBAN details for the transfer.
I request that Bybit TR urgently review this transaction and credit the ₺800 to my account without further delay. Investors should not have to face such uncertainty and lack of transparency in their deposits.
