Bybit Denied My Promotion Due to Device Change

I participated in a Bybit event by depositing and investing, and despite completing all tasks, I was denied the promotion reward. After changing phones and completing all verifications on my new device, I received a message saying, “We can’t provide your promotion reward because you logged in from another device.”

Both devices belong to me, and I explained this to them, but they said I had no right to appeal the decision. This is completely unfair, as there’s no reason I should lose the reward for using my own devices. I expect Bybit to reconsider and provide the reward I earned.
