I participated in Bybit’s 100,000 DOGS event as part of a group. While all of my group members received their rewards, I didn’t, despite completing the tasks around 11:00 AM. The event stated it was limited to 200 participants, but others in my group, who made their transactions around 12:30 PM, received their rewards. Why was I excluded?
I provided all my personal details, including ID verification and facial scanning, solely for this campaign. Being denied the reward feels like an outright injustice. How is this fair? I expect Bybit to address this issue and provide the reward I rightfully earned.
