I joined a Bybit promotional event that promised a ₺25 reward upon completing specific conditions. I met every requirement without exception. However, the reward was never issued to my account. When I contacted support, I was told the quota had been filled. That would make sense—except my brother registered after me under the same exact conditions and he received the reward.
I submitted clear evidence of this inconsistency via email, yet Bybit TR still refused to resolve my issue. This is a clear case of unfair treatment and broken promises. I didn’t miss any steps, and I deserve the reward just like everyone else who qualified.
I am asking Bybit to immediately issue the ₺25 reward I earned. If this situation is not resolved promptly, I will take legal steps to pursue what is rightfully mine.
