My Bybit account was restricted on June 4, 2025, without any prior notice. I received only a standard email stating that the security team detected "suspicious activity" and temporarily disabled withdrawals, trading, and chat. However, no clear instructions or document requests were ever sent to me. I contacted live support several times, and each time they promised to "forward my case" or "speed up the process", but more than 12 days have passed — and still no response. This gives the impression that the company is deliberately delaying the review and has no effective way of communicating with customers when funds are frozen. My request: Provide a clear explanation for the restriction. Send an official request for documents, if needed. Unblock the account or offer an alternative verification method. Ensure a response from the support team.
