I purchased a Bvlgari Man In Black men’s perfume from Sephora store on 14.02.2026 in the late hours. I have been using this perfume for a long time and I know very well how its performance and longevity should be. However, this time the product I bought is completely different from my previous experiences; the scent fades very quickly, its performance is extremely weak and it gives the impression of being stale. Because I know this perfume and have used it many times before, I immediately realized that the permanence and intensity of the scent are not normal and that something is wrong with the product. For this reason, I delivered the perfume together with the invoice to the same Sephora store for inspection in the early hours of the next day. I was informed that the product would be examined and that the process could take up to 15 days. Regardless of the result of the inspection, I clearly state that this perfume does not have the usual longevity I know very well as a regular user, and I believe a loyal customer can easily notice such a difference. I therefore request that the full refund of the amount I paid be made or, alternatively, a gift voucher in the same amount be issued that I can use at the store where I made the purchase. I expect this process to be handled carefully, taking into account that I am a long‑term and regular user of this perfume.
