While searching online, I came across Busuu and somehow got charged ₺200 for a subscription. I never agreed to this payment, and now I am unable to cancel it. There was no clear confirmation process, and I did not receive any service in return.
I demand to know why this money was taken without my consent. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Court and take legal action. A company of this size should not be engaging in such unethical practices.
I expect an immediate refund and a proper explanation. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed urgently.
