I recently discovered that a subscription to a service called Busuu was created without my knowledge or approval, and it has been silently charging me ₺153 every month through my Türk Telekom line (0506****267). I never visited their website, signed up, or agreed to any terms. Yet, the charges have been added directly to my mobile bill.
This is a clear case of unauthorized subscription and billing, and I consider it completely unacceptable. I never gave consent, never received a confirmation prompt, and was never informed until I noticed the extra amount on my bill.
I demand the immediate cancellation of this fraudulent subscription and a full refund of every unauthorized charge. Türk Telekom and Busuu should take responsibility for enabling this type of unauthorized billing. Many other users seem to be facing the same issue, and it’s about time action is taken to stop this predatory billing practice.
