Charged for Busuu Service I Never Approved

A subscription to the Busuu service was started without my knowledge or consent, and a charge of $7 was added to my celluar bill. As soon as I received a message from 3699, I immediately canceled the subscription, but the fee had already been charged. The transaction took place today, about one hour ago, in Istanbul.

I contacted celluar customer service, and they advised me to call **50 333 3699, but I am requesting that this issue be resolved directly and urgently.

I demand an immediate refund of the $7 and that such unauthorized subscriptions be permanently blocked from being added to my account without explicit consent. Having an amount charged to my bill without approval is unacceptable and very concerning.
