I’m Canceling My Busuu Subscription Billed ₺153 Monthly

I just discovered that a Busuu subscription was activated without my permission on my Türk Telekom number 0541****920, and it has been charging me ₺153 every month. I never visited Busuu’s site, never entered any code, and never approved this subscription—yet my bill shows this unauthorized charge.

When I reached out to Türk Telekom, they irresponsibly claimed I initiated the subscription and refused to remove it, forcing me to pay for two billing cycles. This feels like a predatory, hidden fee scheme designed to trap customers. I never received notifications or consent prompts, and there’s no cancellation option in the app or via SMS.

I demand that Busuu immediately cancel this fraudulent subscription and refund every penny taken without my consent. Türk Telekom should also stop facilitating these stealth charges. If Busuu and Türk Telekom don’t resolve this promptly, I will escalate to consumer protection and share my experience widely to warn others.
