Busuu is misleading people, and I’ve become one of their victims. While I was working on something completely unrelated on my computer, I suddenly noticed I had been signed up for a Busuu subscription—without my knowledge or explicit consent. I immediately canceled the membership the moment I realized what happened.
The real shock came when I saw that ₺200 had been added to my bill, even though I never once used the app. Not a single lesson, not a single login. Just an unauthorized charge. To make things worse, the contact number they provide for support doesn’t work at all.
This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I demand a full refund of the ₺200 that was unfairly taken from me. Busuu, you need to stop tricking users into subscriptions they didn’t agree to and provide working customer service.
