On October 27, 2025, around 5:20 p.m., I received a message on my mobile line stating, “Your Busuu subscription has started.” However, I did not visit any website, sign up for any service, or give consent for such a subscription. The message indicated that a monthly fee of $7 had been activated.
Shortly after, a charge of $5 appeared on my current usage balance under the Busuu subscription name. I canceled the subscription immediately upon noticing it, but the fee had already been deducted.
Throughout this process, I tried contacting Türk Telekom customer service multiple times, but couldn’t reach anyone and received no response. It is unacceptable that such an action was taken without my knowledge or authorization.
My line is registered in Fethiye, Muğla, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I never initiated or approved this subscription, and I therefore request a full refund of the $5 that was wrongly charged to my account.
