On 22/05/25 at 13:20:10, I received a text message from 3699 stating, “Congratulations, your Busuu service subscription has started. It will automatically renew each month. To cancel, send 'iptal busuu' to 3699.” I was shocked because I never signed up for anything, never entered a verification code, and never authorized this subscription.
I initially ignored the message, thinking it was spam, but when my Türk Telekom bill arrived, ₺200 had been added for this so-called subscription. I immediately contacted customer service, and instead of offering help, they blamed me, saying I initiated the subscription and there was nothing they could do. They even told me I would have to pay the next bill too.
This is not just unacceptable — it's fraud. I never consented to anything, yet I’m being charged and locked into recurring payments. I demand a full refund of the ₺200 and the immediate cancellation of any associated subscription. This scheme feels like a predatory partnership between Playweez, Busuu, and Türk Telekom. I urge regulatory authorities to investigate this shady billing practice.
