Over a Month Without Refund from Burger King – Double Payment Still Unresolved

On September 7, 2024, I placed an order at Burger King in Tokat. After making the payment, an employee informed us that the payment had been refunded, and we were asked to pay again. We were assured the original payment would be refunded. However, it has been over a month, and we still have not received the refund.

Neither the bank nor the restaurant has provided any information or resolution regarding the refund. This didn’t just happen to me, but also to the person who was with me at the time. It’s extremely frustrating to be left in the dark for so long, and I expect this issue to be resolved immediately with a full refund.
