On 04.10.2024 at 14:34 I went to the Uzbek Food Services Line Burger King located on Cumhuriyet Street in Izmit. The fries that came with the burger were 2 cm long, pointed and over-fried. I am a type 2 diabetic, that's why I lost my teeth. How do 100 people a day, old and toothless, like me, eat these fries? Despite selling so much, Burger King has no respect for its customers. I called 444 customer service and talked to the person in charge and asked why these fries were distributed to its branches as tiny 2 cm long instead of the size of a finger. The officer responsible for this incident at Burger King also complained about these fries and asked me to complain. I told the customer service officer on the phone to call back. If Burger King is not ashamed of this disrespectful and rude service that they give in return for money, I will report my complaint to other places where necessary. Just as onion rings are presented separately on the menus, you may be asked if you would like to get them from the fries. I am asking you, I have a picture—how are older people without teeth supposed to eat these fries? I will also report this to consumer rights.
