Burger King Sent Incomplete Product Despite Extra Payment



I recently placed an order at Burger King's Iskenderpasa Mahallesi Fatih location through Migros Yemek. I specifically asked for a bucket of fries. When the order arrived, I discovered that half of the bucket was empty. To resolve the issue, I contacted Migros' customer service. They informed me, much to my surprise, that they couldn't take any action because I had already consumed a portion of the product. I proposed two solutions after being frustrated by their response. I requested that they either send the remaining fries or refund the extra charge I had paid for the bucket. I explained that this was not the first time I had encountered such a problem. They did, however, reiterate that they couldn't help me because I had already consumed some of the product. It's disheartening to think that if I hadn't eaten the product and instead waited for their response, it might have gone to waste. This situation emphasizes the importance of better customer service and problem resolution.
