Burger King is Cheating By Using Different Photos For Milkshake
I was quite unhappy with my recent visit to Burger King's Antalya Terra City location. I ordered four milkshakes, but what we received was far from what was stated. The milkshakes were nothing more than chilly concoctions, lacking the promised ice cream topping and sauce, which were prominently depicted on the store's promotional posters.
When I asked the store manager about the disparity, he was difficult and condescending. They plainly said that the goods did not match the depiction, citing a tiny, hardly visible disclaimer at the bottom of the poster as evidence.
This flagrant disregard for client satisfaction and deceptive advertising methods is unacceptable. Burger King is essentially using deceptive advertising to increase profits, and I refuse to be a victim of such unethical business methods.
I will file an official complaint with CİMER (Consumer Protection Information System) to highlight the issue and hold Burger King accountable for their misleading methods. I will also refrain from visiting Burger King in the future and teach my children the value of avoiding businesses that prioritize profit before customer satisfaction.

The process goes like this: someone calls you, says they understand you, and that they will talk to the manager, don't worry. As a result, they continue to deceive people by showing a different product in the photo. Stand up for your rights, my friend. There is a price under the product shown in the photo, and I pay according to that. In that case, don't put a meat patty in the hamburger, put bulgur pilaf between the bread, and write in tiny 4-point font that the product is not the same as in the photo so only ants can read it.
