Burger King Overcharged Me for Hot Chocolate and Served It Half-Filled

To the Attention of Burger King Authorities, Today, I purchased four hot chocolates from your Burger King branch in Niğde. While the price was displayed as ₺20 on the sales screen, I was charged ₺35 at the checkout. The fact that this price change was not updated on the screen is misleading to consumers, and this is not the first time I have encountered such an issue. Frankly, this lack of organization and professionalism has become completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the hot chocolates I received were only half-filled. I find such irresponsibility neither in line with quality standards nor with customer satisfaction. Additionally, when I requested the drinks to be packaged, they were placed openly inside a bag, causing most of them to spill. This situation has caused me not only financial but also emotional distress. This negligence and disorder are unacceptable. I demand that your company take responsibility for this issue and compensate for my grievance. Moreover, I expect the responsible individuals to be held accountable and necessary precautions to be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again. I request that this complaint be officially recorded and that I receive a satisfactory response as soon as possible. Sincerely
