Burger King Failed to Deliver Paid Sauces With Online Order

On Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 7:19 p.m., we placed an order through the Tıkla Gelsin app from the Burger King İnegöl AVM location. Our order included a total of 8 sauces—4 included with the menu items and 4 paid for as extras—yet no sauces at all were delivered with our order. This happened despite the fact that we clearly wrote in the notes section, “Please make sure to send all sauces.” This request was completely ignored. We have experienced issues before, such as receiving the wrong sauces, but this time all 8 sauces were missing, and no replacement or refund was provided. When we tried to contact Tıkla Gelsin for support, we received only an automated response telling us to report the issue through the app, with no option to speak to a live representative. I request a full refund of all sauce charges we paid. In addition, I ask that Burger King İnegöl AVM be properly reviewed and warned due to this careless behavior and clear lack of attention to customer satisfaction.
