Burberry Perfume Bottle Leaks, 1 Month Without Resolution
I purchased a Burberry perfume, and the bottle has been leaking since the beginning. I contacted customer service and provided all the requested details via email. Despite emphasizing the urgency of the matter, I have been waiting for over a month with no clear response or resolution.
I specifically chose Sephora for this purchase to avoid such issues, yet the lack of support is unacceptable. If Burberry or Sephora does not address this promptly and offer a proper solution, I will be forced to take legal action to defend my rights.
