I used to regularly get matches on my Bumble account—everything was working fine. My profile showed up for people, I had active conversations, and the app felt worth using. But ever since the latest update, my experience has completely changed for the worse. Now, I don’t get a single match, and it seems like my profile isn’t being shown to anyone.
What’s even more frustrating is that I’m a Premium user—I’m paying for features that are supposed to boost my visibility, yet I’m getting nothing in return. My photos, bio, and account details are all exactly the same as before. The only thing that changed is the app update—and suddenly, I’ve become invisible.
Why am I paying if the service no longer works as advertised? I feel cheated and disappointed. Bumble, you need to fix whatever changes you made that are affecting user visibility. I’m not getting any value out of my Premium subscription, and it’s unacceptable.
I want this issue investigated and resolved immediately. Either restore my visibility and matches or refund my subscription. This isn’t what I paid for.
