I Face Wrongful Account Closure on Bumble Despite Being Over 18
On September 10, 2025, I created a new account on the Bumble app, but my account was immediately closed with the claim that I am under 18 years old. This decision is completely incorrect, as I am 32 years old and have never violated any community guidelines. Having my account shut down right after opening it, based solely on a false age assumption, is unfair and unacceptable.
I tried to reach Bumble customer support to explain the situation and request reactivation of my account, but I have not received any response. I also want to highlight that I have not used any paid features or subscriptions on this account. My account was registered with my phone number: 0546*3490**.
I request that my case be reviewed urgently and that my account be reopened without delay. Bumble should also take steps to prevent such wrongful closures in the future, as this type of mistake causes unnecessary frustration and mistrust for users who have done nothing wrong.
