Without any warning or explanation, Bumble suddenly banned my account. I didn’t break any rules, behave inappropriately, or violate the platform’s guidelines in any way. I suspect it may have happened due to a false report from someone I matched with — which is completely unfair.
I’ve been using Bumble responsibly, and now I’ve lost access to my account for no valid reason. There was no warning, no appeal option, and I have no idea how to contact the Bumble support team directly to resolve this.
I’m asking Bumble to review my account, lift the ban, and give me access again. At the very least, I deserve a proper explanation. Please provide a clear way to reach out for support — this automated punishment without proof is unacceptable.
