Rental Car Deposit Not Refunded After One Month

I rented a car in Montenegro from February 16-18, and despite a month passing, my deposit has still not been refunded. It still appears as a pending transaction on my account.

I contacted the rental company, and they claim they processed the refund on February 18. However, when I checked with my bank, they confirmed that no refund has been received. I am now stuck in the middle, with no way to resolve this issue and no company representative to contact.

If this is not resolved soon, I will be forced to pay this amount when my billing cycle closes. I need an urgent response and a full refund immediately. Fix this now!
