I’ve been using my Buderus Logamax Plus GB022i-20 KD for less than a year, and the control knob broke while I was turning it. How can a simple knob break so easily? I’ve tried reaching customer service, but I can’t get through to anyone. It’s just a small part, but now I can’t adjust the settings. This should not happen after paying so much for a product, and dealing with this is incredibly frustrating. Buderus, I need a solution—how can I fix this? Please guide me on how to resolve this issue.

Customer service responded. They mentioned that the button breaking on the product could be user error, that the incoming service will check it, and if it is user error, the service fee will be charged to me. I am not playing with the thermostat button in my hand. It broke while I was wiping it with a wet wipe. It was already made so thin that it was clear it would break at the slightest thing. You pay a lot of money. You choose Buderus to have the best, but you can't replace the button on a perfectly working thermostat. Please don't make us regret choosing you. Clearly, this situation is chronic with you.
