On December 8, 2024, at 08:58, I placed a sell order for Audio Coin on the BTCTurk platform at ₺7,730. However, the sale executed at ₺7,121, significantly below my intended order price. Shocked by this discrepancy, I immediately contacted BTCTurk's live support, only to receive a response stating that their investigation found no issues.
This situation is unacceptable. How can a trade execute below the specified order price? This error has caused me a loss of ₺600,000, and there seems to be no accountability or resolution offered by BTCTurk. I feel deeply wronged and have decided to withdraw my funds and transition to another exchange.
