On July 2, 2025, at 15:05, I purchased Beam Coin from BTC Türk as soon as it was listed. Within 10 minutes, the price increased significantly, and I attempted multiple times to place a sell order to secure my profit. However, despite my repeated efforts, the platform did not approve my sell orders.
After about 10 minutes, the price dropped below my purchase level, leaving me at a loss. Ironically, once the price decreased and I was in a losing position, the system started accepting sell orders.
This situation caused me financial harm and makes me question the fairness of BTC Türk's trading platform. I expect an explanation for why my sell orders were blocked during the price surge and request compensation for my losses.
