Despite the app knowing my purchase price, BTCTurk accepted this incorrect order without any warning, resulting in a ₺150 loss. This incident raises serious concerns about the app's reliability and its impact on traders.
I demand compensation for my loss and expect BTCTurk to address this technical issue immediately. I will not let this matter go unresolved and am prepared to escalate it further if necessary.
