I urgently need BtcTurk to resolve a serious issue with a USDC transfer. I sent $7,050 worth of USDC using the Arbitrum (ARB) network to my BtcTurk wallet. The transaction went through on my end, but the funds never arrived in my account. Only after the fact did I find out that BtcTurk doesn’t support the Arbitrum network for USDC transfers—something that wasn’t made clear before the transaction. I searched their help pages and forums and saw similar complaints, but there’s no clarity on whether anyone actually got their money back. This is a significant amount, and I expect a fast and effective resolution. I can’t afford to lose ₺ like this. BtcTurk, you need to retrieve my funds immediately and improve your network compatibility warnings.
