Hello, I initiated a withdrawal of Arbitrum (ARB) coins on Bitci.com nearly a day ago, and the coins have still not arrived at my wallet address. The transaction ID is 2445148. I’ve contacted customer service at least 6 to 7 times, but I keep getting generic responses like “We’ve forwarded it to the relevant department” or “We’re looking into it,” with zero progress.

Not only is the transfer delayed, but the coin’s value has dropped significantly during this waiting period. I want to know who will compensate me for the financial loss caused by Bitci’s delay. I’ve seen many other users facing similar withdrawal issues—this is clearly a recurring problem with the platform.

I demand an immediate resolution and for my coin transfer to be approved without further delay. If Bitci wants to be taken seriously as a crypto exchange, it must start handling user assets responsibly and transparently.
