BTCTurk Won't Accept My 6-Digit Authenticator Code and I Can't Access My Account

I'm trying to receive a new password unless same error each time "Please ENTER the 6-digit code from your Authenticator app," the error message says every time I try to access my BTC Turk account, regardless of whether the code I'm using is the one shown in the Authenticator or not. This is a situation that requires immediate attention. I even used a suggested password which was suggested by note unless that doesn’t work as well. Awaiting your assistance.
