Barbour Jacket Exchange Denied in Turkey – Request for Assistance


Dear Barbour Representative,
I recently received a Barbour jacket from the UK, identical to the model available in Turkey. At the time of purchase, I was assured that I could exchange it at any Barbour store worldwide. However, when I attempted to exchange the jacket in Turkey, I was informed that Barbour Turkey does not process exchanges, which is completely unacceptable.
I have previously exchanged products from brands like Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Marks & Spencer, and Polo in Turkey without any issues. This is my legal right as a consumer, and I am simply requesting to exchange my jacket—with its original tags still attached—for a size larger.
I kindly ask SoyluStore to coordinate with the Selamiçeşme Barbour store to resolve this issue. Please ensure that my exchange is processed as promised. I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.
