I purchased a leather bag from Brooks Brothers on May 11, 2024, but by October 26, 2024, the inner pin broke. I submitte...d the bag for repair at their Hilltown store on October 31, 2024. After 15 days with no updates, I contacted customer service, only to be told the store was handling the process.
