Brawl Stars Ultra Chaos Drop Disappeared After Internet Disconnected Mid-Opening

While playing Brawl Stars on Android, I won a match on June 11, 2026, at around 6:54 PM and reached the reward opening screen with a Chaos Drop at Ultra tier. Right at that moment, my internet connection dropped and I was kicked out of the game. When I logged back in, the reward screen never came back up — and the Ultra-tier Chaos Drop I had earned simply vanished without ever being opened.
I have not experienced any other losses in my account — no missing trophies, gems, or characters. The issue is specifically that the Ultra reward from my Chaos Drop disappeared without being claimed. My player ID is #9QULYCLGU.
I am asking that the Ultra-tier Chaos Drop reward I earned be restored to my account and that the inconvenience this has caused me be properly addressed.
