Brawl Stars Account Lost 49 Characters Without Warning

I had 61 characters in Brawl Stars, but since January 18, 2026, whenever I log into my account, I see that only 12 characters remain. A large portion of the characters I unlocked and upgraded through long-term effort has disappeared without any warning or explanation.

I log into the game using an Android device, and I have not made any changes to the account. I have also not yet contacted in-game support. I spent a significant amount of time and effort unlocking those missing characters, and my account is now far from its previous state.

I am requesting that my account be thoroughly investigated and that all of my missing characters be fully restored. I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
