Brawl Stars Account Lost 82 Characters Due to Possible System Error

As of January 21, 2026, my Brawl Stars account named “extinction” had 98 characters. However, right now only 16 characters are showing on my account. I noticed this loss today around 10:00 AM when I logged into the game. After performing an in-game action, I encountered this issue. Even after logging out and back in, the problem was not resolved.
I believe my characters disappeared due to a system error. I have attached screenshots as evidence. I am requesting that this mistake be urgently investigated, that my missing characters be identified and restored to my account, and that I receive clear information about the process.
I kindly ask for a prompt response and resolution to this issue as soon as possible.
