On my Brawl Stars account, which I play on my iPhone, my characters Gigi, Edgar, Melodie, and Kaze suddenly disappeared even though I didn’t do anything. All of these characters were at Level 11. I noticed the issue today around 7:36 PM, and since then, they have not reappeared on my account.
I also recently experienced a similar issue with my Kenji character. While Kenji was at Level 10, I received a Level 11 power upgrade from a box. However, my character disappeared, and when it came back, it had dropped back down to Level 10. I now want my missing characters to be fully restored and my Kenji character upgraded to Level 11 as I rightfully earned.
My player name is “mira D****,” and my in-game ID is “worrisome mira D****.” Even though I contacted in-game support, I have not yet received any response. To prevent the loss of my progress and effort, I am requesting that my missing characters—Gigi, Edgar, Melodie, and Kaze—be restored in their previous Level 11 state, and that Kenji be upgraded to Level 11 as well.
