I play Brawl Stars on an Android phone using my Supercell ID–linked account. When I logged into the game and tried to switch characters, I suddenly noticed that although I previously had all of my characters, only 13 were showing. Many of my characters appear to have been deleted without any warning, and this issue has continued for the past 2–3 days.
I only log into my account from my own phone and using my own internet connection. I have not accessed the account from any other device or location. My account ID is: A**X. I have not violated any rules, so losing my characters has been very upsetting, and I feel that all of my hard work has been wasted.
For this reason, I am requesting that my deleted characters be restored and that my account be thoroughly investigated. Additionally, to compensate for the hardship I have experienced, I am requesting legendary skins and a moderate amount of gems as a goodwill gesture.
