Missing Brawl Stars Characters After January 20 Update
On January 20, 2026, I encountered a serious issue with my Brawl Stars account. I previously had around 70 characters in the game, but suddenly I noticed that only 8 characters remained on my account. A large portion of my characters disappeared without me taking any action or receiving any notification.
I have never spent any money on the game, but I invested a lot of time and effort over a long period to unlock those characters. Having them suddenly deleted has caused me significant frustration and loss. There are no bans, warnings, or restrictions on my account. My account/player ID is: 2J99P******R.
I am requesting that Supercell conduct a detailed investigation of my Brawl Stars account and fully restore all of my missing characters. I want my progress returned and this issue corrected as soon as possible.
