I bought a Braun blender set with 7 pieces from the Vatan Bilgisayar store about a year ago for my wedding. After not using it for about a year, when I tried to use it for the first time, I ran into a big problem. The little metal flaps on the part with the motor didn't line up correctly with the metal part that mixes and chops, so two pieces came apart while I was stirring soup. I brought the product to the Vatan Bilgisayar store and asked them to send it to the service center for a part replacement. I sent it to the service, they said they fixed it, and gave it back to me with a note saying they resolved the problem. But the problem kept happening.
I was really sure about the quality of both Vatan Bilgisayar and Braun, so I bought this product brand new. It had been unused for a year. But, when I first used it, I ran into a problem. When I called the Vatan Bilgisayar store where I bought the item, they told me to contact Braun customer service.
I talked to customer rep from Braun customer service and told them that the product is defective. I made it clear that I wanted the product replaced because I hadn't used five out of the seven pieces and had only used the remaining two once.
Unfortunately, they don't want to help at all. They basically say, ""We can't interfere with the service's decision. If they don't think a replacement is necessary, it means they have finished repairing it."" But, the supposed fix didn't actually solve the ongoing issue.
Looking back, I wish I had bought a different product that was only half the price. I used to trust Braun and their customer service, but now it's clear that their post-purchase support is seriously lacking.
